Inventory of homes for sale is low and has been getting lower over the past couple of weeks, however some homes have been sitting on the market for a little while and having price reductions.

Some buyers are waiting for interest rates to drop before they buy a home however, there are some deals to be had out there right now in our San Ramon Valley and beyond. Is it better to buy now and get a lower price or wait for a lower interest rate when all buyers will be back out in full force and home prices escalate…Buy now or wait? Sell now or wait? 🙂
