Spring Break is over, and we are coming into the hottest time of the home selling year! Statistically, the 2nd half of April has always had the most amount of home selling activity.
As of today, inventory is still low, and we have lots of buyers out there. Most homes are selling quickly and receiving multiple offers; however, inventory is creeping up slightly in a few of our local areas here. My hope is that trend continues.
