Mortgage interest rates are lower and housing inventory is also lower, which is normal for this time of year, however there are a lot of buyers out there right now…so if you’re thinking about selling, it’s time to at a minimum re-engage in the process and start to see if the timing is right. 

It’s been said that in real estate it’s all about ‘Location, Location, Location’ however, right now I believe it’s about “Timing, Timing, Timing”.
